The website

This website has no account system, contact form, mailing list, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics. It does not set nonessential cookies. The hosting and delivery infrastructure may process ordinary technical request logs, such as an IP address, browser and device information, the requested path, and the time of access, for delivery, reliability, and security.

The game and Steam Cloud

Armada Ascendant stores campaign Command Records, settings, and a playtest telemetry log on your computer. Steam may synchronize Command Record files through Steam Cloud when that feature is enabled. Settings and the playtest telemetry log are not included in that synchronization.

Local playtest telemetry

Telemetry is recorded locally for completed battles. The telemetry system has no upload path and nothing is transmitted automatically. It leaves your computer only if you explicitly enable export, save a copy, and choose to send it.

Email and support attachments

If you email support, your email provider and ours process the address, message, and attachments you voluntarily send. Send only what is necessary for the request. Review saves, logs, screenshots, and messages for personal information before sharing them.

Changes and questions

This notice will be updated before adding analytics, forms, mailing lists, crash reporting, online play, a telemetry upload path, or another service that changes what is processed. Privacy questions can be sent to armadaascendant.support@arktyrn.com.
